b bioactive™ and DECONT-A® are both citrus based products where b bioactive ™ uses direct citrus extracts and DECONT-A® uses select refined citrus extracts in different concentrations to b bioactive™. b bioactive™ is more robust than DECONT-A®, with a longer shelf life. DECONT-A® is more suited to large industrial applications where Just-in-Time (JIT) dosing is preferred.
Biodx has two exclusive technology licenses from which it is developing two further products. The development of a rapid diagnostic monitor (Cronodx®) for use in effluent water treatment and at power generation cooling plants is in its final stages of development.
Industrial Water Disinfecting
We use our DECONT-A, a disinfectant enhanced by the addition of a natural anti-microbial compound. It has been specifically formulated for use in the disinfection of industrial waters.

Water Infection Tracking
Our Cronodx™ system is a real time data collection system for early detection of water contamination and biofouling rate. Internal sensors measure through-flowing water, analyses the water condition and displays the data on the machine and web portal for remote monitoring. It uses patented technology to detect the growth rate of contaminants to provide information to pre-empt water treatments.
